I know how it feels to Wake up in a disarray, maybe eat, handle your kids, if you're feeling spunky maybe you give yourself a few minutes to get your mind right, all before you chug a cup of coffee to get out the door or go straight to your computer to dive into work for the day. I'm exhausted just reading that run-on sentence.

In our tech induced and fast pace world we can't help but to pour into social media, our family, projects, and clients long before we give ourselves a moment to breathe and make sure we're good--you know to operate and function as a better human in this world.
Which often times leave us frazzled, tired, and unraveled at the seams before 9am.
I know, I've been there.
And after having my daughter, Autumn Sky <insert lots of sleepless nights here> and running my business from home, I didn't know if I was going or coming any given day. I was spun and needed a mid-morning nap (if you're a working parent I know you feel me).
I found myself at the end of the day wondering where did the day go and questioning the emptiness and lack of fulfillment I felt despite being a generally happy individual, with a supportive family, and doing work I cared about.
It took one of my coaches to point out to me that my cup was empty. Yet I was trying to pour something I didn't have into everyone else's cup.
Her suggestion: Get grounded and fix your mornings.

Q. Do I need to already have a solidified morning routine to benefit from the course?
A. Nope. This is a come as you are, with what you got and be willing to explore what you want and how you want to expand your mind, body, and soul.
Q. I'm really busy, How long is the course and how much time will it take to implement?
A. The course is relatively short and actionable. A little theory but mostly action based mini videos and audios. Total minutes: Approx. 45min. As far as implementation length goes, this is your morning. It can be as long or as short as you need it to be to get more of what you want and what you need. I know that's a little vague but you'll see what I mean inside the course.
