Transitioning in and out of college can be a challenge for many students.

Transitionng in--students may face anxiety, stress, loniless, homesickness,and fear of the unknown. Once classes begin, students struggle with the higher demand of school work while trying to establish new relationships, have fun, and take on more "grown-up" responsibilities.

Transitioning out of college--students are also stressed, filled with anxiety, and fearful of the unknown. They struggle not knowing if life after college will live up to what they've envisioned. They question if they've made the right decisions, if they'll find their purpose, and if anyone will hire them.

No matter where students are in their college journey, transitioning can be hard. From everyday college struggles to determining their next move after graduation. From relationship drama to learning to love themselves--every student is going through some type of transition.

Although we can all agree that the only thing in life that is guaranteed is change, we resist it because change is hard and uncomfortable.

During the “Own Your Shift” Keynote presentation, Tiffany will take the students on a experiential journey of personal and professional challenges, provide tips on how to overcome the obstacles holding them back from enjoying this transitional phase, and reclaim their personal power so they can show up fully and on purpose as new students or graduates.

Creating a college organization is one of the highlights of Tiffany's college career. She learned a lot about herself, leadership ability, and life's purpose. The foundations of running that organization gave her an upper hand when she became an entrepreneur just two years after graduation.

In the "Don't See it? Create it!" Keynote, Tiffany will encourage students to tap into their creative and visionary muscles to create a student organization, poject or business they don't see yet. She'll also help students identify why they may struggle around "starting up" or stepping into a higher leadership role and what to do to overcome these challenges.

By the end of this presentation, students will be able to:

Determine what lights them up or what makes them mad to lead to their creative idea
Recognize and overcome the mental chatter that holds them back from stepping into their leadership and creation
Lead with confidence and conviction, knowing they have something worth creating

Delivery: This program is available as a 90 min Workshop or full-day session (full-day sessions include clarity coaching to help student strategize + maximize their ideas).

At some point in our journey, we have all asked ourselves: Can I do this? Is it in me? Am I capable of leading?

Oftentimes, mired in doubt and fear, we question our voice and our ability to create change from where we are.

In the transformational talk #HereToLead, Tiffany will inspire and encourage students to find their voice, lead from within, and trust themselves in the process so they can create a practice of everyday leadership to cultivate a ripple effect of positive change on their campus and beyond.“We have a responsibility to humanity and the planet to connect, grow, and become the best versions of ourselves.” Today’s leadership ability doesn’t stop at being in a leadership position or understanding basic personal development and self-mastery, today we need leaders willing to go the extra mile and embody their leadership.

The future of leadership calls for a deeper level of work both internally and socially to better ourselves and the world around us . Next-Level LeaderSHIFT Required, will walk students through a 3-tier approach to becoming a more conscious, game-changing leader.

By the end of this presentation, students will be able to:

Realize their personal impact and their ripple effect on the world around them by just being who they are.
Recognize their internal blind spots towards going after their bigger vision and divorce from the doubt and fear holding them back.
Become committed to growth from the inside out in order to become better humans-- as well as better campus leaders, peers, and creators of innovation and change.
